What should I wear to class?
Please wear comfortable workout gear. We would prefer you wear shorts so that you can make as much skin contact with the pole as possible. No outside shoes. As well, refrain from wearing jewelry or lotion on the day of the class.
Do i need to be athletic or fit to come?
Absolutely not necessary. We encourage people of all fitness or non-fitness backgrounds to come to pole! We will take you from an absolute beginner or even a seasoned professional and meet you where you are at.
Can I come if i don't identify as female?
YES! This sport is open for all identities. We do not discriminate and are a safe space.
How long are the classes?
All of our classes are an hour long in instruction. We will provide you with a 10-15 minute warm up, 40 minutes of pole instruction and a 5 minute cool down.
Do you share poles at your studio?
For the majority of our classes there are no shared poles. This includes our choreo based classes (down n dirty, pole choreo, slow n slinky), open pole and our pole foundations class. All other classes may be subject to pole sharing, however we reach out to members if that is a possibility for class.
Recording during class
Yes, you may record yourself during any point of the class. The only thing we ask is to make sure that if others are in frame of your video that you ask their permission before recording.
Late arrival policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late to class you will not be permitted to attend the class.
Classes may be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to class to avoid cancellation penalty of $8. If you cancel or no show a class, the class will be removed from you pack purchase or a $8 cancel/late fee will be charged with your unlimited membership for taking the spot.
There is a no show/no call fee of $8
If you were moved up from the waitlist for a class and cannot make it you will not endure a penalty or lose the class.
We have a maximum of two weeks you can sign up for classes from todays current date.
All requests for cancellations on memberships will have a 7 day processing time, please email us at email@example.com to cancel. If your credit card is due to be charged in this time, it will be charged. We DO NOT offer refunds on memberships that have already been charged for the month. We have a six month minimum on all unlimited memberships with the exception of our $150/month month-to-moth membership.
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. You may be given studio credit for a purchase if applicable.
