CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICIES:

There is a 12 hour cancellation window for all classes. If you cancel your class within 12 hours of the class time, members will incur a late cancel charge ($8 fee). Pack holders will forfeit their class from their pack. 

No Shows may incur an additional charge.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:

If the class is still on our schedule and you have late cancelled, you will still incur a charge. If you late cancelled but we removed the class due to inclement weather, you will be returned your late fee.
