Pole Foundations (Beginner)
No Pre-Req. This class is perfect for those just starting their pole journey and looking to dip their toes into the world of Pole Fitness, or for those who need a refresher after taking a break. You will work on building full body strength and grip while learning the fundamentals of pole including spins, and some prep for climbs and sits
Right Side Up (Intermediate)
Pre-Req: Knowledge of Basic Spins/Sits and can hold 2-3 spins consecutively
Ready to start building on your foundations? In this class you will focus on building pole skin and tolerance for Pole Sits, Climbs, and Upright Tricks. In addition we will focus on building the skill and strength it takes for inverts.
Upside Down (Intermediate / Advanced)
Pre-Req: Pole Sit, Pole Climb (to the top) and Chopper
Ready to turn things upside down? In this class we will cover leg hangs, Inversions and Variations of them, inverted tricks/moves, all three points of contact. Learn transitions between tricks and short combos.
Pre-req: must have attended at least 2 classes any level
this is an open training hour for those looking to get in a little extra practice. there will be no instruction for this hour. come hang out, play a little and fly freely.
Advanced Pole (Advanced Plus)
Pre-Req: Outside and Inside Leg Hang, Shoulder Mount, Extended Butterfly, Jade, Inverted D, Torso Switches
Our most advanced class. We will cover moves that include two points of contact such as Ayeshas and Handsprings along with more advanced moves and combos. Recommended that you have a comfortable jade, extended butterfly and are ready for two point of contact moves.
Down N' Dirty
All levels exotic style class. Bring those pole heels and knee pads and be prepared to get Down n’ Dirty in this choreography style class. Each class you will learn a small routine to bring out your inner Diva. All Levels.
No Pre-Req. Love to dance, but not quite in the exotic way? Learn a short all levels based routine to music. Lyrical Pole Choreo included and perfect for any level from beginner to advanced as this class will teach you how to effortlessly flow between moves.
This class will help bring you to the next level if you are finding you want to improve your skills outside of a regular pole class. We will work on increasing strength, endurance and grip strength targeting major muscle groups, both on and off the pole.
want to get your inverts looking flawless? Or want to just learn how to invert period? This class is for you. We will work on exercising the major muscle groups for all sorts of inverts from floor inverts, aerial inverts, shoulder mounts and more. this is an all levels class.
Sunday Solace w. Savvy
Our own Savvy's special sunday class. Want a perfect way to prep yourself for the week ahead and get into the right mind space? come get slinky and melty with savvy on the floor for some low flow, hip opening, mind calming flow.
